twill give

to the existing Law all

those safe-quards which were

contemplated by Ordinance. Not of

4867. and which I am

glad to

find from M2 Malcato letter

of

the 19th last September to Sir Frederic

Rogers

are considered desirable by Her

Majesty's Emigration Commissionero
